In 1983 we conceived the idea of an upscale restaurant in Lima over the sea, and on 26 September of that year. we opened LA ROSA NAUTICA RESTAURANTE, which was gradually conquering the palates of Peruvians and foreigners, making it a "must" for tourists, who always are our best publicists abroad.
LA ROSA NAUTICA RESTAURANTE, marked the course of good food since then, having gone through the kitchen the most important chefs of Peru.
