Chef Javier Wong created Chez Wong from a humble garage in his own home and it's now one of the best places to eat in Lima. There is no fancy menu or wine list, this is just good honest food. Javier is the only chef in the restaurant and will only cook with dover sole and octopus to create beautiful ceviches and tiraditos. The food is legendary and Javier has become a legend in his own right and is often referred to as the 'king of Ceviche'. He taught me the essence of Ceviche and and I love eating here when I'm in Lima. You should check it out too!
